big accomplishment!

I biked 6.3 miles in 33 minutes!  Yesterday I biked 2 miles less in the same amount of time.  My weight isn’t moving but I don’t care anymore.  It will move when it wants to.  THIS is what it is all about, accomplishments such as this.  I love it!

Taking the plunge and changing my lethargic lifestyle into a healthier one.
